FAQ

Where do you ship?

Domestic flat rate shipping is available for shipping throughout the contiguous US. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska too, but due to increased costs, rates for these states will be dynamic similar to international shipments. Please note, we can not ship to PO boxes due to the size of our shipments.

Do you do custom projects?

We love collaborations and wild schemes; drop us a line!

What should I do if my print is lost, stolen or damaged?

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, email studio@jimmymarble.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

If your shipment is damaged, please include photos of the items :

  • Damaged Product
  • Interior Packaging
  • Exterior Packaging

All three are required to file a claim with our carrier - thanks!

Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, we will help find a solution.

When will my print arrive?

Orders are fulfilled based on purchase and are placed with our third-party printing service, Simply Framed.

Please do not purchase artwork with a sense of urgency. Allow 1 week for orders to be received, printed, and packed - and an additional 5-10 days for shipping. Orders ship from the USA. You will receive tracking via e-mail when the poster ships. It may also mean that an e-mail went to spam, or that something was entered wrong at checkout. Double check ;)

How are your prints made?

All prints are made using Inkjet printers on Moab Lasal 310gsm paper. All images are printed on premium matte artist-grade paper touting gallery-like quality and outstanding color.

Why don't you offer the same sizes for every print?

Sizes are selected based on cropping, resolution, and image type (film vs. digital).
